A leading player in the transportation industry seeks to recruit highly motivated, experienced and passionate professionals for the roles of: Call Centre Operations

Duties

•   Answer distress calls professionally
•   Respond to customer inquiries
•   Research required information using available resources
•   Handle and resolve customer complaints
•   Provide customers with product and service information
•   Enter customer information
•   Process request and applications
•   Identify and escalate priority issues
•   Route calls to appropriate quarters
•   Follow up customer calls where necessary
•   Complete call logs
•   Produce call reports

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Must possess a 1st Degree/HND certificate from a recognised university
•   Computer literacy is a must
•   Proficient in English language. Ability to speak at least 2 major local languages will be an advantage
•   Ability to speak French is an added advantage
•   Must be between the ages of 18 to 30

Knowledge and skills

•   Proficient in relevant computer applications
•   Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
•   Knowledge of call center telephony and technology
•   Six months or more experience in a call center environment will be advantageous
•   Customer service experience
•   Good data entry/keyboard skills
•   Knowledge of administration and clerical processes
•   Possess good communication skills
