Duties & Responsibilities

•   Handling telephone and email request
•   Receives requests for measurement and redirects for necessary action
•   Receives customer complaints and redirects to appropriate authority
•   Conducts customer survey
•   Update customers on the status of their order
•   Tracking measurement requests
