Applications are invited for suitably qualified persons for the position of a Chef-De-Cuisine. The successful applicant will be expected to manage the kitchen of a reputable hotel located on the out skirts of the University of Ghana, Legon.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   HND in Catering / Advanced City and Guilds or its equivalent with a minimum of 3 years working experience

OR

•   Diploma in Institutional Management (catering option) with 5 years working experience in a reputable hotel industry

Or

•   706/2 Certificate with 10-15 years working experience in a reputable hotel industry
