A leading player in the Savings & Loans and Micro-finance Industry, requires experienced and suitably qualified Ghanaians for the position of a Chief Executive Officer

Job Title: Chief Executive Officer

Job Summary

Reporting to the Board of Directors, Duties & Responsibilities shall include but not limited to

•   Lead in strategic planning and implementation, focusing on long term sustainability, profitability, and productivity of the company
•   Set financial and operational performance targets for all operations in the areas of outreach
•   Develop system and mechanisms for delivering timely and accurate reporting to the Board of Directors
•   Act as the principal representative of the institution with government agencies, donors, other companies and the media
•   Liaise with strategic partners to raise funds, maintain relationships and build new partnerships

Qualification Required & Experience

•   At least a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Economics
•   A minimum of 10 years’ experience in microfinance, commercial banking or financial sector with at least 6 years in top management position
•   Experience in financial planning, management, analysis of financial institutions
