Ghana Hostels Limited, a reputable hostel management company in the Estate Management industry seeks to recruit a Chief Executive Officer.

Qualification Required & Experience

• A minimum of First Degree in social sciences preferably Estate Management or land economy
• A second Degree in the relevant area is an added advantage
• A candidate must have a minimum of 10 years work experience including 5 years in a senior managerial position

Skills and Competences

• Ability to successfully perform a variety of tasks
• Ability to lead the staff to achieve organizational goals
• Willingness to respond to emergencies to even at weekends and holidays
• Ability to plan for the growth and expansion of the company in the hostel business
• Ability to create and initiate procedures to plug revenue leakages
• Ability to develop strategies to improve hostel occupancy
• Must be computer literate
