Abt Associates is a major American business and government research, technical assistance, and consulting company, manages the USAID-funded Africa IRS (“Indoor Residual Spraying”) Project, which seeks to reduce the burden of malaria in 14 African countries through cost-effective commodities procurement and logistics systems, access to technical expertise, and implementation of Indoor Residual Spraying (IRS).

Job Summary

•   The COP will be the primary liaison between the donor, implementer, and other stakeholders and accountable for achieving project results.
•   This position is based out of Accra.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   The COP must have a Master’s degree and at least 15 years of experience in Africa managing USG-funded health programs.
•   Experience implementing complex and multi-faceted projects is required, and the candidate must have a proven track record of working effectively with government counterparts at various levels within the context of Africa.
