•   Ensure other bank cheques received for clearing is regular on the face of the cheques .i.e the cheques is duly signed, amount in words and figures are the same, cheques is dated (not stale, not post-dated) and there is a named payee.
•   Ensure outward clearing cheques have received stamps at the back of the cheques.
•   Ensure cheques are scanned within the clearing time zones same day of receipt.
•   Ensure respective branches are notified of returned cheques and entries passed.
•   Ensure inward clearing cheques are meticulously paid with signature verified, balance,checked and confirmation sort.
•   Ensure inward return cheques with reason "refer to drawer" is duly charged.
•   Ensure inward clearing upload is done daily.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   First degree and MBA in a related field.
•   Must have at least 5 years experience in similar field.
•   Excellent interpersonal skills and must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Multi-tasking skills.
•   Above 30 years
•   Must possess a valid driving license
