Job Description

• To provide administrative support for the efficient day-to-day operations of the office as well as promote business for the company by maintaining good customer relations.
• To work with management and others to develop and implement operating policies and procedures.
• To ensure client retention through excellent customer service delivery.
• Assist the marketing team in implementing its client retention strategy.
• Reply to general information requests with the accurate information as well as prepare written responses to routine enquiries.

Qualifications Required & Experience

• Good first degree in a relevant discipline
• Ghana Stock Exchange certificate would be an advantage
• Minimum of two (2) years post qualification experience in a relevant position °
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Software
• Knowledge of office administration and bookkeeping procedures
• Committed to developing a career in Investment/Finance.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
