A reputable financial company needs the services of qualified personnel for the following position:- Client Relationship Officer

Job Purpose:

•   Responsible for building strong customer base through the formation and training new groups via paypoint system and providing excellent service in loan disbursements to clients and efficient collection of loan repayments.

Key Responsibilities:

•   Ensure proper organisation of group members and participates in the screening of group members according to programme policies
•   Organize, implement, supervise and monitor credit groups according to planned targets
•   Works with clients to identify their financial goals and to find ways fo reaching those goals, current financial products or the recommendation of new ones
•   Analyze applicants financial status, credit and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A minimum of Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Accounting or related subject
•   Training in Loan Apprasial, credit risk assessment
•   Group working and focus group formation
•   Faciliation and presentation experiences
