JOB PURPOSE

Acquiring new business and deepening existing customer relationships by working with customers to help make the right decisions with their businesses while explaining the financial services to them. Effectively executing lending and deposit sales, Balance sheet, P& L, maintaining operational efficiency and a healthy portfolio while providing the appropriate service standards in order to achieve the bank’s objectives as stated in the job description. Deep insight of retail marketing, consumer behaviour and mass market activities in Ghana.  Administrative oversight of a cluster of branches, management of people, strategy implementation and key driver of growth of balance sheet and P&L.

EXPERIENCE TO RUN THE BUSINESS SUCCESSFULLY

•   Good understanding of consumer behavior.
•   Possess deep understanding of industrial, regulatory and compliance practice.
•   Knowledge of retail industry
•   Proven sales track record with minimum of 8 yrs experience
•   Experience to manage a large scale of people
•   Efficient credit writing skills and understand Balance Sheet and P& L.
•   Ability to convert opportunities to profits
•   Must have not less than 5 years managerial experience
•   Minimum 5 years cross industry experience
