A leading hospitality company has vacancy for: Construction Manager
Responsibilities
• Oversee and direct construction projects from start to completion
• Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
• Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory
• Meet contractural conditions of performance
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
Qualifications Required & Experience
• Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, Architecture or any related field
• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in the Development / Construction industry. Hospitality experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills required
• Excellent team player skills and the ability to work harmoniously with a diverse workforce.
