Job Summary

•   Reports to the Executive Directors
•   Head of Project Team with responsibility for execution of a large project portfolio consisting of single-family residential homes, townhouses and apartments.
•   Manage all construction activities involving a large number of contractors
•   Supervise site staff including site engineers, site supervisors
•   Preparation of Tender, Contract Documents, BOQ, Valuation Certificates, Variations.
•   Preparing risk and value management and cost control.
•   Preparing detailed progress reports
•   Manage Health and Safety Guidelines
•   Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Qualification Required & Experience

•   PG Dip Arch, BSc Engineering, BSc Building Technology or similar qualification with a minimum of 12-15 years post qualification working experience
•   Member of a Recognized Professional body
•   Must demonstrate strong practical experience in managing projects of similar nature
•   Ability to use MS Projects, Microsoft Suites,
•   Ability to prepare cash-flows and cost reporting
•   Knowledge of the use of the TOTAL STATION, REVIT in addition to the above will be an significant advantage
