Our company is seeking suitably qualified candidates to fulfill the following roles: Continuing Airworthiness Manager

Role Profile

• The continuing Airwothiness Manager is accountable to the Director of Maintenance and is responsible for the management of continuing airworthiness tasks, as follows, performed by directly or through the use of sub-contracted organisation: Development, control and approval by the GCAA of the Aircraft Maintenance Programme (AMP) required by GCARs.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

• Developing, analyzing and monitoring of the effectiveness of the Aircraft Maintenance programe as required by GCARs.
• Monitor the maintenance check and task planning and work pack compilation and technical follow up with the contracted organisation
• Management of modifications and repairs (changes) to an approved standard
• Airworthiness Directive review, recording and embodiment planning
• Non-mandatory modification embodiment policy and its implementation of the MEL and related procudures
• Coordinating scheduled maintenance, the application of Airworthiness Directives, the replacement of service life components and inspection to ensure work is performed properly, in conjunction with the Director of Maintenance
• Creating, managing, reporting upon and archiving all continuing arworthiness records, including technical log pages
• Ensuring that the mass and balance statement reflects the current status of aircraft
• Ensuring, in conjunction with the Director of Maintenance, that the certificate of Airworthiness for each aircraft operated
• Reporting to the GCAA and other parties and investigating any occurences of a continued airworthiness and/or maintenance nature
• Review and implementation, as appropriate of any GCAA requirements
• Managing the subcription, dissemination, review and storage of airworthiness and maintenance data, including data published by type/supplemental type certificate holders, regulatory authorities and EASA Part 21 organisations
• Transmit information to all concerned on defects, malfunctions, faults and any other occurences, which would affect the airworthiness of the aircraft
• Ensuring that any non-routine and deferred defects are controlled monitored and scheduled
• Monitoring reliability and repetitive defects

Qualification Required & Experience

• BSc in Aircraft Engineering or related courses
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in relevant field
• Strong knowledge in GCAA and airworthiness requirement
