A reputable Construction Firm is looking to recruit a dynamic, experienced and results oriented person to fill the position of Contracts Manager at its Head Office in Takoradi

The Role

To manage, co-ordinate and control all projects of the company

Key responsibilities

•   Oversight responsibility for all projects undertaken by the company
•   Responsible for planning, monitoring and evaluation of all projects
•   Responsibility for projects resource requirements and quality delivery of all projects
•   Develop and implement procedures for contract management and administration in compliance with establisted procedures
•   Monitor compliance by Project Managers on various project sites with established procedures
•   Maintain contractual records and documentation of all projects
•   Meets regularly with project managers to discuss project resource requirements and develop budget estimates
•   Responsible for all matters relating to procurement
•   Reports to the Managing Director on all issues relating to the execution of

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Building Technology with a minimum of ten (10) years experience in a similar role
•   Must be a member of the Ghana Institution of Engineers (GHIE) or the Ghana Institute of Surveyors (GIS)

Key Competencies

•   Proven Skills in leadership, project management and good personal relations
•   Strong problem solving and decision making skills
•   Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Application and Autocad
•   Must be a team player
