An International Life Insurance Business with presence across Africa and beyond is looking for a confident, result oriented and client centred individual to fill the position of:- Corporate Account Manager

Role Summary:

Reporting to the Head of Business Development, the successful candidate will be responsible for business development activities including prospecting, sales, marketing and client relations to achieve corporate objectives

Key Responsibilities

•   Identify new business opportunities using relevant research tools, sector specific targeting and cold calling
•   Introduce company's products to the Corporate and Business markets through brokers, employers, banks and other new corporate networks in the industry
•   Build and manage a network of brokers to contribute to sales targets
•   Expand the company's client base by identifying and winning new clients
•   Retain existing clients through renewal of existing business and re-selling to existing clients
•   Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing and sales strategy to grow business
•   Analyse distribution channels on consistent basis and develop strategies to achieve sales target
•   Develop tools to consistently evaluate one's performance against targets
•   Innovatively initiate, manage and conclude business transactions on consistent basis

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A minimum of a first degree in sales management, marketing or related field
•   Must have previous experience in corporate sales, marketing and client service

•   Ability to analyse new business opportunities and business trends
•   Good presentation skills
•   Ability to close sales
