JOB PURPOSE

The Corporate Sales Team lead will support the Corporate Sales Supervisor in coordinating the monthly schedule of the sales team, training sales executives on all Tigo products and services, leading the sales team and controlling and supervising all activities of the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

•   Developing new business through strategic leads generation and management
•   Coordinating all sales activities of corporate Sales Team to meet sales and revenue targets
•   Leading sales team in corporate presentations, negotiations and closing sales deals
•   Planning and implementing sales routing and prospecting
•   Assist in recruiting, training and maintaining corporate sales force.
•   Maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients
•   Contribute to revenue generation through ensuring total collection of postpaid bills.
•   Preparation and submission of weekly and monthly reports on sales projections and performance

Qualification Required & Experience

•   University degree, business/service oriented. Not excluding
•   1 year of Managerial experience in customer service
•   2 to 3 years of Operational experience in leading sales team

EXPERIENCE

•   At least 2 years relevant work experience in Sales
•   Good interpersonal skills
•   Good Knowledge of MS Office skills including Excel, Power Point and Word
•   Strong organizational skills and problem solving abilities
•   Good Communication skills
•   Ability to work under little or no supervision
