Job Summary

•   General Administration of the stores
•   Monitor and Control of the F&B Cost of Sales
•   Beverage Accounting and Control
•   Food Cost Accounting and Control (main kitchen)
•   Accounting and Control for costs which originates from stores (i.e. guest supplies etc.)
•   Store control in general

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A bachelor’s degree in Accounting / or its equivalent
•   Professional Qualification in Chartered Institute of Management Accountant (CIMA). At least level two (2).
•   At least 2 to 3 years experience in a similar position in the hotel industry
