With operations in 15 countries in Africa, SMEC is set to expand significantly in the African continent. We are currently seeking applications for the position of Country Manager, Ghana.

Key Responsibilities

•   Managing and developing SMEC's business
•   Providing guidance and support to SMEC's project managers
•   Establishing and implementing country and regional strategies

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline
•   A minimum of ten years experience with five years in a managerial role with engineering consultancies or a similar organisation
•   Business management and project management experience
•   Skills marketing and negotiation
