Job Vacancy For Credit Controller



A leading pharmaceutical company established in Ghana seeks to recruit a result-driven, self-motivated and competent professional to fill the position of: Credit Controller

Key Responsibilities:

•   Administer the company’s credit policy, conduct credit worthiness checks on prospective customers, advice on and/or grant credit requests.
•   Monitor debtor balances, plan and implement follow up actions, manage procedures for debt collection without damaging customer relationships. Meet monthly collection targets set by the company.
•   Send required notices to debtors within agreed timescales set by the company.
•   Liaise with banks to confirm customer payments, monitor/make general ledger entries and sales ledger updates, identify and resolve accounting transaction issues.
•   Reconcile bank accounts, and resolve disputed debtor balances on customer accounts. Generate, scrutinize and interpret/ comment periodic agent debtors’ analysis.

Age: 28 to 40 years

Essential Work Skills:

•   Experience in conducting credit worthiness assessment
•   Ability to interpret financial statements
•   Experienced in account receivables and recovery procedures
•   Skilled Microsoft Office, Microsoft Office Project and Tally ERP
•   Ability to deal with clients at all levels
