Job Summary

•   Evaluating loan applications and documentation by confirming credit worthiness
•   Improving loan applications and documentation by informing applicant of additional requirements.
•   Rejecting loans by explaining deficiencies to applicant.
•   Approving loans by issuing checks or forwarding applications to loan committee.
•   Completing loan contracts by explaining provisions to applicant; obtaining signatures and notarizations; collecting fees.
•   Helping customers by answering questions; responding to requests.
•   Maintains customer confidence by keeping loan information confidential.
•   Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
•   Accomplishing bank mission by completing related results as needed.
•   Overseeing the effective collection of company debt.
•   Monthly reporting of the Key Performance Indicators to management.
•   Implementing and maintaining of credit risk policies and procedures.
•   Introduce and evolve effective reporting and assessment tools to minimize risk and proactively identify problem areas and customers.
•   Preparing of cash forecasts including customer collections.
•   Reporting to the management on a monthly basis on outstanding accounts.
•   Researching and analyzing market trends.
•   Identifying target markets and how best to reach them.
•   Coming up with marketing strategies.
•   Planning campaigns and managing budgets.
•   Organizing the production of posters and brochures.
•   Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns.
•   Managing a team of marketing executives and assistants.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Must have at least a degree / HND in Business Administration from a recognized Institution.
