A reputable financial company needs the services of qualified personnel for the following position:- Credit Officer

Job Purpose:

•   Responsible for ensuring that all customer loans are well analyzed and organisational procedures and policies adhered to in the company's loan administration. Provide quality customer service to all clients of the branch.

Key Responsibilities:

•   Analyze applicants financial status, credit and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans
•   Explain to customers the different types of loans and credit options that are available, as well as the terms of those services
•   Market bank products to individuals and firms, promoting bank services that may meet customers needs
•   Analyze potential loan markets and develop referral networks in order to locate prospects for loans

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A minimum of Bachelor's degree in Marketing
•   At least 2 years banking experience in loan administration
•   Knowledge of basic accounting principles
