A young and reputable multinational Logistics Company located in Tema is seeking highly motivated and qualified individuals.

We are seeking young, talented and ambitious fresh female graduates with little or no experience in customer service, sales or marketing for the position of CUSTOMER ACCOUNT OFFICER. The ideal candidate will be ready to learn the ropes through on-the-job training, coaching and mentoring.The job functions for this position include but are not limited to the following.

Duties and Responsibilities

•   Full responsibility for promoting and developing tailor-made logistics and supplies services to existing and prospective clients.
•   Identify and generate new business leads in logistics, supplies and freight forwarding in assigned territory.
•   Arrange and conduct periodic client visits to generate business leads.
•   Identify prospective clients and make business presentations.
•   Prepare and deliver invoices and quotations to prospective clients.
•   Responsible for collecting payments and receipts from clients.
•   Negotiate and sign client agreements.
•   Liaise and co-ordinate with the operations unit to ensure hassle free shipments and clearing on all client accounts.
•   Update clients with accurate and up to date information on all shipments.
•   Consistently increase our client membership database.
•   Deal with all with all client queries, complaints and enquires

•   Adept in use of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, etc.)
•   High proficiency in written and spoken English is required; fluency in French will be an advantage.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Degree in Marketing/Sales/Logistics and Supplies or related field.
•   Little or no prior experience  required
