Brief Job Description
• Handling in-bound calls to explain our services.
• Making outbound calls to prospective clients nd leads.
• Receiving feedback and complaints whilst resolving these issues.
• Up selling and cross selling offer to potential and existing customers.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintaining reports and customer database records
Qualification Required & Experience
• Must be a graduate
• Preferred 1-2 years in call center.
• Computer literate with excellent communication with natural flair for selling.
Location: Accra
