Position Description
• Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media.
Qualification Required & Experience
• SHS and above
• 1 Year and above
Position Requirements
• have good communication skills and Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
• Able to answer all questions about the company.
• Ability to speak fluently in English and local languages.
Salary: GH¢600 - GH¢3,000
Location: Kwame Nkrumah circle, Jamestown, Lapaz, Pigfarm
