A reputable multinational FMCG is seeking suitable candidates for vacant position:- Customer Development Executive

Scope of Responsibility

The position requires a proven track record of performance with at least 5 years of increasing sales responsibility.

This position requires high expertise on shopper behaviour and the retail environments working closely with marketing, regional customer development to aligh and execute against the category, brand, channel and customer strategies.

The ideal person will drive sales growth, improve service and identify efficiencies. Take initiatives to understand emerging consumer and marketplace trends and think through implications for the categories, channels and the customers, think in terms of regional concerns and global needs.

Qualification required and experience

•   A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required. Undergraduate coursework in Business and/ or Master's in Business Administration is desirable
•   Fluent in English
•   Previous experience working in a matrix / multinational FMCG environment
•   International business experience

The position will require regular trips to other countries in West Africa.
