A leading Telecommunications company, seeking to expand its operations in Ghana is looking for dynamic & results oriented professionals who are ready to make a difference in the areas of:- Customer Service

Responsibilities:
• Head the Training and Development Functions in Customer Care
• Draw up training plan in relationship with internal customer needs
• Deliver cutting edge training in line with business requirement
• Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualification Required & Experience
• A Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or any other relevant discipline
• Professional certification in Training & Development will be an added advantage
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Minimum of 3 years working experience preferably in a Customer care environment
Skills/Competencies Required
• An established trainer or faciliator with verifiable track record
• Good communication, report preparation and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with ability to work with minimum supervision
