Job Description

• Liaising with the marketing/sales team and customers on orders for the markets and ensuring all orders received are accurately processed on the system according to instructions and available stock
• Provide administrative supply chain duties as a whole and provide Customer Service and Logistics Coordination on order management for the region
• Order status report and update
• Manage relationship with various freight forwarders and regulatory agencies in the fulfillment of customers shipments
• Ensure required import documentation are issued or obtained from suppliers and other regulatory
• Making our “Customer’s agenda, our agenda” while ensuring compliance to company standards
• Ensure proper coordination of stock held at any appointed 3rd party logistics service provider for Ghana Market and overseas.
• Resolution of customer service issues and also track and monitor Claims, Returns and Refusals
• Liaise with sales and marketing team on stock required for commercial activities
• Manage the stock and POS items and monitor the use of promotional materials and stock used for sales and marketing activities.
• Update stakeholders on supply and delivery issues from the customer perspective
• Maintain an up-to-date customer fact file and ensure customer master data is accurate
• Compliance as per country General Shipping Instructions (GSI)

Qualification Required & Experience

• A minimum of a Diploma is required.
• 2 years work experience is required.
• Applicants must have good numeracy skills.
• Applicants must be computer literate.

Salary: ¢1200 to ¢1700

Location: Accra
