Job Summary

•   Atten­d to customer questions, complaints and concern immediately and facilitate satisfactory resolution.
•   Manage telephone calls professionally,efficiently and with Good commu­nication skills.
•   Effectively present and discuss the products and service of the Company, soliciting on those desired products or service Provided by the company and its vendors to current and Prospective customers in a way that conveys an image of quality Integrity and superior understanding and delivery of customer Needs.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   We invite energetic, smart and experienced individuals to apply for the customer care representative position in our company.
•   We look for dedicated individuals with some experience in handling customer care issues.
•   The preferred candidates should be well grounded in IT knowledge, having a very good knowledge of using computers and gadgets and the Internet.
•   Should be willing to work on weekend and at nights.
•   Communication skills shoul­d be excellent, and neatly and decently dressed.
•   Having some experience in front desk management (office administration) is a plus .
