Teledata ICT Ltd requires a Customer Service Representative for immediate employment.

Job Summary

•   Position Title:   Customer Service Representative
•   Department: Customer Service

•   Position Report To:  Customer Service Manager
•   Job Type (Permanent)

Primary Purpose of the Position
Promptly offer customer support services to customers on phone

Essential Functions /Duties of the Position
General Customer Service functions including:

•   Promptly answer customer queries on phone and take customer complaints and satisfy them
•   Provide up to date, accurate and appropriate information to customers
•   Update CRM system on each interaction for building relationship with clients and providing a link for the next interaction
•   Carrying out campaigns from time to time
•   Undertake surveys from time to time
•   Provide customer feedback to for improvement
•   Generate leads and forward to sales function
•   Basic problem elimination and escalation to appropriate persons

Qualification Required & Experience

•   First Degree in Humanities
•   Requires 2 to 4 years experience in the service industry
•   Other Customer Service related courses is an added advantage
•   Pleasing, polite, friendly and warm
•   Good communication and interpersonal skills
•   Good listener and analytical
•   Disciplined and ability to work under stressful conditions
•   Good knowledge of MS tools
•   Telephone handling manners
•   Positive attitude
•   Fluent in English
