Role Purpose

This role will focus on analysing Internet Services and Vendor Management processes and will require the selected candidate to provide ideas that will aid in the delivery of competitive Internet and Device (handsets, dongles, etc.) offers on the market. The selected candidate will also perform day to day vendor management processes to ensure all reconciliation on payments from vendors are made accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

•   Support Data and Devices Manager in developing an annual portfolio, business plan and budget;
•   Analyse data portfolio by looking at the numbers and trends and propose ways of improving and meeting company’s revenue targets;
•   Assist in building business cases to aid in product development and execution;
•   Work with execution team to make sure products are launched on time to meet budget expectations;
•   Perform pre and post product launch analysis to ensure positive margins on data portfolio;
•   Monitor device sales in all stores and also ensure all welcome packs for devices are working as it should in order to meet smartphone data penetration target;
•   Coordinate and manage all vendors, on-boarding process, and ensure that there are no payment delays, payment irregularities and reconcile all unpaid items for final resolutions.

Qualification Required & Experience

Position Requirements

•   A university degree, preferably in Engineering, Marketing and/or Business Administration;
•   Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a similar role;
•   In-depth and thorough knowledge of products and marketing concepts in the Telecommunication industry;
•   Must be analytical and  a Strategic thinker
•   Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
