Duties and Responsibilities

•   Loading and unloading parcels
•   Collecting, sealing and stamping of outgoing parcels
•   Sorting and distributing of incoming and outgoing parcels
•   Recording information, such as whether parcels were received or delivered
•   Checking with certain offices to confirm deliveries and getting the necessary instructions

Qualities

•   High energy level
•   Deadline-oriented
•   Dependable and persistent,
•   Good time manager
•   Attentive and customer focus
•   Good reporting, oral and writing skills
•   Good communication and human relation skills
