Job Vacancy For Deputy Director of Human Resource At Judicial Service of Ghana



Job Summary

The successful candidate would be required to assist the Director of Human Resource in performing the following functions:

•   Playa vital role in the management of staff of the Judicial Service by providing advice and expertise on human resource issues.
•   Source and select quality people for the Service and ensure that they are properly oriented on the vision and mission of the Service.
•   Implement training and development programs that can enhance their talents and skills.
•   Design, implement and monitor adherence to HR policies in the areas of Recruitment, Training and Development, Employee Relations, Rewards Management, Human Resource Information Systems, Administrative policies and procedures.
•   Ensure employee motivation, retention and utilisation.
•   Undertake regular review of HR and administrative systems, policies and procedures to ensure conformity with best practices.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Masters Degree in Human Resource Management or related field from a recognised university.
•   Computer literacy in MS Word, PowerPoint, Access etc.
•   Excellent writing, communication and research skills.

Experience

•  Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in similar managerial positions from the Public or Private sector
