Job Vacancy For Director Of Administration At Ghana Standards Authority



Duties and Responsibilities:

•   Advise the Deputy Executive Director (CORE) on Administrative matters
•   Supervise and Coordinate strategic Human Resource policies and programmes of the Authority
•   Formulate, update and implement Human Resource policies and programmes of the Authority including Human Resource Development
•   Ensure effective administration of all Human Resource systems including Human Resource Planning, Career Development and management, Job Analysis, Design and Evaluation
•   Performance management and Appraisal and compensation management
•   Develop policies, strategies and procedures for the effective management of support services including Marketing, Facilities, Transport, Security and Procurement

Qualification Required & Experience

•   MBA/MA degree or its equivalent with specialization in Human resource management from a recognized University
•   Twelve (12) years post qualification experience in Human Resource Management Functions in a reputable institution, five (5) years of post qualification experience must be in top management position. Experience in the private sector will be an added advantage
•   Must be a member of a recognized professional management body
•   Must have good communication and writing skills, be able to demonstrate a high sense of initiative, have strong interpersonal skills and be achievement - oriented
•   Must be computer literate
•   Must have knowledge in Ghanaian Labour Laws
