Our client, is the leading international bank and a world-class financial institution in Ghana. The bank now requires a high calibre professional for Director, Commercial & SME Banking within the retail banking division.

Key Accountabilities:

• To provide focus in business direction, support and advice to Retail Banking business to enable them to achieve Commercial Banking sales and service targets.
O Review and drive Commercial & SME Banking sales and service
O Co-ordinate sales campaigns and activity
• Develop, co-ordinate and drive Commercial & SME Banking activities and strategy of the bank.
• Providing Commercial & SME Banking guidance on the overall and operation business plan and performance targets

Qualification Required & Experience

• Minimum first degree (A master’s degree or higher qualification is desirable)
• 10 years relevant experience in Commercial & SME Banking
• In-depth knowledge in Retail Banking products and services.
