Job Title: Director - Legal

Job Summary

• Reporting to the Managing Director, the job holder will be responsible for advising and handling legal matters, assessing the legal implications of all company transactions and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation

Qualification Required & Experience

• A minimum of a first university degree or professional qualification in Law, BL, LLB and must be a member of a recognised professional body. A second degree in business administration or related field will be an added advantage
• A minimum of 12 years post qualification experience with at least 8 years work experience at a managerial level with excellent skills and abilities in negotiation, interpersonal relations and communication
