JOB PURPOSE
The Director of Legal Services is the head of the Legal Services Division and acts as principal adviser to the Corporation on all legal matters.

MAIN DUTIES

•   Acts as secretary to the Board and all its Committees
•   Draws and executes legal documents for and on behalf of GBC.
•   Represents GBC in all legal matters
•   Ensures the provision of legal services of all divisions
•   Serves as a liaison between the Legal Division and all other Divisions of the Corporation
•   Prepares the Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Reports of the Division as well as the Board
•   Any other matters, referred to him/her by the Director-General and the Board.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   LLB and BL qualifications and must be a practicing lawyer in Ghana, with at least ten (10) years relevant post qualification experience. Master of Laws (LLM) would be an advantage.

Remuneration: Attractive and dependent upon experience.
