Key Responsibilities

•   Contacting individuals and business customers to ask for payment
•   Negotiating repayment plans
•   Setting up and maintainging customer files
•   Recording payments
•   Visiting debtors to collect payments
•   Tracing mising debtors
•   Work closely with solicitors and bailiffs

Skills and knowledge

•   Good verbal and written communication skills
•   Calmness under pressure
•   Good negotiation skills
•   The ability to explain financial matters firmly and clearly
•   Administrative and computer skills

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Must be an SSCE Certificate holder
•   Have a valid licence "A"
•   Good Interpresonal and computet skills
