A leading financial institution in Ghana is recruiting 288 highly motivated, self-driven and experienced persons as District Sales Coordinators.

Job Description

Successful applicant will

• Manage sales and customer acquisition activities in their districts
• Raise awareness about the company's products in the district
• Manage client relationships
• Provide first line support to clients
• Handle enquiries

Qualification Required & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher Diploma (HND) from an accredited tertiary institution
• Must be resident in the district or municipal area
• Must own a functioning laptop
• Must own and be able to ride a motorbike
• Prior sales experience with a financial institution will be an advantage
• Applicant must not be more than 35 years of age

Skills & Experience required

• Proficiency in use of Microsoft office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong organisational and planning skills
• Highly self-motivated and self-managed
• Ability to communicate fluently in the dominant local language of your district

Salary: GH¢ 1,200

Location: Ashanti, Brong Ahafo, Central, Eastern, Greater Accra and Western Region
