Responsibilities

•   Drive and maintain vehicle
•   Ensure vehicle records and registration are up to date
•   Drive project personnel in and around the country
•   Dispatch official correspondence as and when necessary
•   Assist in the administrative team in the discharge of duties
•   Pays utilities (telephone, electricity etc) pick up mails and undertake other office errands
•   Ensure continued maintenance of the vehicle according to expected schedule
•   Keep the vehicle clean at all time

Capabilities

•   Speak, Read and write English
•   Have a good locational knowledge of Accra in particular and the regions as a whole
•   Be able of follow instruction carefully
•   Minimum of 5 years experience with no criminal record
•   Provide 3 checkable referees
•   Able to keep vehicle clean at all times
