Camfed Ghana is seeking to recruit motivated and dynamic individuals for the following position.

You will be responsible for the provision of safe and reliable driving services to staff and visitors ensuring the highest standards of discretion and integrity.

Specific duties include:

Driving staff to undertake their various duties, inspecting vehicle for defects and safe operating condition before, during and after trips. Ensuring cost saving through the proper use of vehicle maintenance through accurate maintenance of daily vehicle logs, ensuring proper day to day maintenance of vehicle through timely minor repairs, dunging of oil, checking of tyres, brakes, water level, washing of car etc. so that the vehicle is kept clean and in good running condition at all times.

Keeping track of vehicle insurance and other tax obligations, ensuring availability of all the required documents including vehicle insurance, registration, first aid kits and necessary spare parts in the assigned vehicle and any other duties as assigned by Line Manager.

Qualification Required & Experience

Minimum of secondary level education, at least 5 years driving experience, a valid driver's license, good control of the English language, ability to drive long distances with little or no supervision, ability to speak at least one northern language will be an advantage. You must be flexible, proactive and a problem solver.
