A reputable institution seeks a: Driver Grade I

Objective of the Position

The Driver Grade I will assist the Transport Officer in the day to day management of the organization's vehicles and ensure they are being used for their intended purpose.

Responsibilities

• Drive officers on official assignments
• Do daily checks on official vehicles assigned by the Transport Officer
• Report to the Transport Officer after the execution of each assignment
• Prepare daily records on movement of vehicles assigned and properly fill out and submit same to the Transport Officer
• Keep official vehicles in perfect condition
• Perform any other related official duties assigned

Qualification Required & Experience

• Minimum of Basic education certificate or equivalent from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position
• A valid Driver's license C

Skill Requirements

• Ability to work under pressure
• Prompt to obeying instructions
• Broad knowledge of automobiles and good professional driving skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Alertness and problem solving skills
• Ability to drive to remote parts of Ghana
• Willing to work on weekends
