Overall Role Purpose:

Directly manages a set of nominated MNC & CSI Oil and Energy customers (ie. Schlumberger) within the SSA region for both DHL Express and DHL Global Forwarding, with the objective of becoming the Provider of Choice (Loyal Customers) and delivering above market growth (shipments, kg, revenue).

Creates a strong pipeline of opportunities for both Express and DGF around our sector leadership. Simplifies key SSA customer’s experience by providing key account management and a single point of contact for both business units. The individual will be reporting to the Director of MNC & CSI Express SSA and the Manager of Oil and Energy for DGF, and works collaboratively with Country commercial and management teams, CSI and other DHL Business Units for cross-DHL coordination, and provides the support and closer linkage with CSI for CSI Coordinated accounts.

This role requires extensive travel across SSA into remote locations where Oil and Energy operators are based and operate from.
