We are a Christian Development NGO involved in interventions in Child Rights, Health & Sanitation, Women Empowerment and Education & Development in mainly rural Ghana. We need dynamic, transformational and results-oriented English and Creative Arts teachers for immediate employment in our basic schools in Amrahia, in the Adentan Municipality and Kpogede in the Central Tongu District of the Volta Region.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

He/She, among other things;

•    Provides opportunities for students to learn through child-centred activities based on the GES curricula.
•    Assists the team leader (headteacher) in carrying out assigned tasks toward achievement of set goals/objectives of the school.
•    Develops teaching styles that strive to meet the needs of all children in the programme.
•    Supports the effective implementation of the Performance Management System.

Qualification Required & Experience

•    A diploma in Education in related disciplines
•    At least five (5) years post qualification experience
•    Must be computer literate; MS-Word
