A reputable company seeks to employ the services of the following individuals to join its dynamic team.

Job Purpose

•   The companies under the umbrella of the  Group of companies are undergoing various activities as they go through the stages of business evolution
•   Thus the chairman is by the minute having to deal with a vast number of issues to enable him satisfy all the demands of these companies equally
•   To help him deal with this enormous task, the company has created the above position to help deal with majority of correspondences from all stakeholders to reduce the level of stress exerted on the Chairman by the day
•   The expectation therefore of the incumbent is to organize and manage the office of the Chairman in totality always seeking to promote the corporate image by representing the Chairman internally and externally, being a liaison between the Chairman, key executives and/or stakeholders and more especially, employees

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Minimum of a 1st Degree in Management and/or Office Management & Secretaryship or a related course, good interpersonal skills,  sense of responsibility and maintaining confidentiality, maturity, open-mindedness, meticulous and well presented.
