Responsibilities
• Maintain executive's agenda and assist in planning appointments and meetings
• Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
• Handle confidential documents and ensure they remain secure
Qualification Required & Experience
• HND in Secretaryship and management or a degree with a passion for secretarial duties
• High level of integrity and confidentiality
• Outstanding communication skills
