A leading facilities management company requires the services of a Facilities Manager to lead a team of personnel to ensure the smooth operation of one of its branches. The subject property is a modern commercial property with a total lettable space of 15,483.72 m2 with state-of-the-art fittings and finishing, located at the Airport City.

Job Description

•   To apply sound property/facility management practice in respect of the management of the said property.
•   To oversee the collection of revenue in respect of Rent, common Area Maintenance & Tenant Service (CAM/TS) and advert space.
•   Advise the Head, Operation on all un-occupied facilities for advertising for tenants.
•   Ensure timely processing and submission of all financial and operational reports relating to the Branch.
•   To ensure efficient operation of all mechanical and electrical installations.
•   Any other duties that may be assigned by management.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   BSc /Estate Land Economy Management or Building Technology
•   Age limit not more than 45years old
•   Must have 8 years post National Service experience with 3 years in Management position

Competencies and Personal Attributes

•   The applicant must be a team player, self-driven, result-oriented with a positive outlook. He or she must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, must be dependable and computer literate.
•   Membership of the Ghana institute of Surveyors will be an added advantage
