We are seeking an experienced farm operations manager for the day-to-day operations of Poultry and Crop farms in Kumasi for Immediate employment.

Candidate will be expected to:

• Manage Poultry, livestock and crop farms
• Perform long and short term project management
• Manage, supervise and train production staff
• Supervise machinery operation, repairs, maintenance
• Understand and work towards production targets

Qualification Required & Experience

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in farm operations
• Tertiary qualifications in agriculture
• A solid technical background in Poultry and Cocoa production
• Good computer skills
• Good communication skills

A salary package commensurate with experience and qualifications will be negotiated for the right applicant.
