An attractive vacancy exists for the position of Field Officer with the Ghana

Co-operative Credit Unions Association (CUA) Ltd.
The position holder will be based in Tamale and will be responsible for Field Related issues especially in the Eastern Corridor of the Region. This will require extensive travels in the Region and sometimes working on week-ends. The main duties and responsibilities for this role will include:

•   Effective Monitoring
•   Provide on the job training for newly established credit Unions Staff & for Board & Committee Members of existing Credit Unions
•   Ensure that all Credit Unions keep accurate records and submit monthly Financial Statements to the Chapter Office and CUA.
•   Ensure that Business plans are developed by all Credit Unions in the Corridor taking into consideration CUA Annual Goals
•   Receive, review and summarise monthly, quarterly and Annual Reports from Credit Union Managers for the attention of the immediate supervisor
•   Submit Monthly Work Plans, Reports and Budgets of activities for the attention of Supervisor.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   An HND in Accounting or a good First Degree in Accounting
•   Minimum of three (3) years relevant working experience
•   Computer literate
•   A good knowledge of Credit Union activities is an added advantage
