•   Position: Field Service Engineer

•   Reporting: Customer Service Manager-WCA

Responsibilities

•   To be a trainer at Training Academy
•   To offer Special Customer End User Trainings when required by professional services manager
•   First and Second level Technical support
•   Onsite Installation and product trainings

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Biomedical Engineer with In vitro Diagnostics Experience
•   Competencies-Training skill
•   Motivated for Self Education
•   French and English Proficiency
•   Teaching Hospital or reference laboratory experience

Annual Salary: GH¢ 70,000 - 86,000 Ghana Cedi
