Job Vacancy For Finance and Administration Manager At B-BOVID Limited (Takoradi)



B-BOVID Limited is looking for an experienced Finance and Administration Manager to oversee the financial management of its newly established palm oil mill.

B-BOVID is a socially inclusive business, with roots in agro-processing. The palm oil mill has been created on a ‘profit sharing’concept, which works to feed business profits back into the hands of farmers and their communities. We are looking for an ambitious, motivated, self-starter who will help us grow our organisation and establish strong financial and administrative policies and procedures.

The Finance and Administration manager will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, developing budgets, processing staff payroll, financial reporting, reconciliation and petty cash management. The will manage all of B-BOVID’s administrative tasks, as well as one support staff member who will act as an accounts and administration assistant.

The Finance and Administration manager will also have various HR responsibilities, including recruitment, training and the management of a staff incentive program.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Bachelors degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Management or similar.

Desirables:

•   3 years plus experience in a similar position
•   Experience in setting up financial and administrative policies and procedures for a new business
•   Knowledge of agro-processing
